Breakfast

Cow Butter milk
Fresh Curd /lassi
Ripe banana
Pears

Lunch

Drum Stick, Chapati/Rice,
Beans, White Pumpkin,
Banana Vegetable,
Moong Daal

Snacks

Pine apple Juice
Green Coconut Water
Sweet Mango Juice
Carrot Cucumber Salad
Barley water
Punarnava Juice

Dinner

Ridge gourd(Torai) + Chapati(Wheat products),
Pointed Gourd, Tinda(Apple gourd or Indian baby pumpkin), Bitter Gourd, Bottle Gourd, Sprouted Green moong Daal(Pulses)

Bed Time

Cow milk after half an hour of dinner


Note : Always prefer boiled water for drinking. 

Avoid things(Unwholesome)

 

Peas, Gram, Cow peas, Black gram, Potato, Cauliflower,Spinach, Tomato, Amaranthus Spinosus, Brinjal, Mushroom, Cheeku, Ginger, Curd, Cashew nuts, Red and green chillies, Sour things, Salt, Black things(like black pepper, black mustard etc), Meat, Alcohols drinks, Excess exercises
