I took 2 classes of yoga at yogatute health studio and I enjoyed it very much. The people are very kind and they guide you very well during the session. The studio itself is very nice, there are a lot of props available. If you wanna enjoy yoga and start your day with some positive energy, this is a very good place to go.

Sushma and her team are lovely and radiate a lot of positive energy. They offer various courses and workshops. These include aerial yoga and rope yoga, which I particularly enjoyed. You get helpful tips during the courses and feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you for the great time together!

Yogatute is a temple. The place has so much of inspiration that I always feel motivated to do Yoga. Sushma mam is like a goddess….she has a strong presence and her teaching style is amazing… Yogatute has so many props that are helpful to accelerate the right postures… Yogatute is not a yoga centre, it is an experience…. And PPL who are visiting Bangalore, they must see this world class facility

I don’t think I will be doing any justice to my experience by trying to put it in words. “A Spiritual Oasis: Yoga Transcendence at its Finest” I recently embarked on a profound yogic journey at Yoga Tute, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Having practiced yoga before, this Temple (like our Maam calls it) under the guidance Shushma ji has redefined my perception of yoga on multiple levels. Each session is meticulously curated, blending seamlessly the art of yoga with the science of spirituality, leaving me profoundly connected with my inner self. The struggle for almost 12 years where i had breathing issues, especially in winters I used to have nose blockage and difficulty in breathing has now been relieved with a simple home remedy advised by sushma ma’am really very grateful & thank you ma’am. 2 drops of mustard oil in each nostril before going to bed. Works wonders 🤗🙂 Yogatute heath studio.

This yoga institute is surely one of my favourite I’ve been so far . The way it moulds your asanas as per as your strength is very beautiful. Each passing day I’ve learnt new and most difficult posture which is so helpful in our day to day hassle life . Totally love and recommend this for anyone looking for a yoga training .

Practising yoga at yogatute has been a beautiful experience. We start the class with a few stretches that helps in opening up the joints for the asanas then we move to the asanas which helps in improving my mobility and flexibility and they have a good amount of knowledge to share about yoga. We end the class with different forms of meditation. Each day we learn something new about our body and it’s all about having patience and you’ll see the results in the long term. Sushma Ma’am and team has been incredibly supportive and helpful and it’s been a beautiful journey overall.
