Going to share the 2nd type of Bhujangasana. This is in the continuation of my earlier post.

Steps

Take both the hands below your chin, right palm on the ground and left above the right. While inhaling, raise the chest and head to above. Slowly straighten your elbow, hold(your position and breath) for sometimes and look up towards the sky. Then while breath out, come to the normal position(towards down). Practice this for twice or thrice minimum.

Stage 1: Resting Position

Stage 3: Side View: While holding breath (10-30 secs)

Stage 4: Final Stage: While exhaling. Come back to Stage 1. Resting position
All the steps of the Bhujangasana can be practiced with the ease and each step can be practiced from 10secs to 30 secs while holding the breath.
