This is sample details which is been shared to one of the corporate client. This retreat is 100% customisable based on the requirements.

We are excited to welcome you to the upcoming corporate yoga workshop on Friday, 17th June 2025, starting at 9:00 AM.

Workshop Schedule

  • 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Welcome and introduction.
  • 9:15 AM – 10:30 AM: Yoga Session
  • 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Detox Satvik Drinks
  • 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM: Food Break at Nearby Eateries
  • 11:45 AM – 1 :15 PM:  Org’s Internal Roadmap Planning and Brainstorming
  • End of the session: Closing with Participation Certificates and photo shoot.

Note: Request to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

Workshop Activities and Information

1. Yoga Session: 
– Wear comfortable breathable clothing suitable for yoga practice. Please feel free to carry extra clothes, if preferred.
– Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own, if preferred.
– Yoga props will be provided.
– Remember to listen to your body and practice within your limits.

2. Detox Satvik Drinks
– After the yoga session, enjoy refreshing detox satvik drinks to cleanse and rejuvenate your body.

3. Food Break and Nearby Eateries:
We have identified some nearby eateries for you to visit during the food break:
– UDUPI ATITHYA : Fine dining with authentic north and south Indian cuisine. link
– OTP – Oven Tawa Pan : Fine dining with north Indian, Chinese cuisine. link

Note: Both eateries are next to each other and just ~200 metres away from YTH. 

4. Internal Work Planning and Brainstorming:
– A dedicated room will be provided for your team to continue with internal official work planning and brainstorming.
– YTH will provide light refreshments during this session.

5. Participation Certificates:
– At the end of the workshop, we will distribute participation certificates to all attendees as a token of appreciation.

Additional Information

Parking: Parking is available nearby in front of Bengaluru City Institute (almost 200 – 300 metres away from YTH). link
