The program draws upon traditional yoga teachings and practices, ensuring authenticity in the transmission of knowledge. Yogatute Health upholds high ethical standards and values, reflecting principles of honesty, integrity, and compassion. The curriculum is anchored in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, providing a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, psychology, and methodology. The emphasis on spiritual growth through the study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the presence of idols like Shiva, Buddha, and Patanjali promises a transformative journey. Additionally, the effective use of props will equip students with valuable skills to create customized practices tailored to individual needs. Although the TTC is yet to begin, the thoughtful and thorough preparation assures me it will be an incredibly enriching experience.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Dhirendra Rawat2024-12-10Very good centre.
