Pregnancy Yoga at Yogatute Health is a specialized form of yoga designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of pregnant women. Our program involves movement and stretching with the aid of props, a comprehensive support system, and a focus on safe and beneficial poses.
Class Structure
Duration: Each session lasts between 60 to 75 minutes, providing a comprehensive and gentle practice.
Frequency: Classes are scheduled three / five days a week including Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation.
