All payments made to Yogatute for online or offline workshops, classes, or sessions are strictly non-refundable.
By completing your registration and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts.
Technical issues on the participant's end (for example, internet connectivity or device failure).
Changes in personal preference or availability.
By Yogatute: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any workshop or session at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.
Transferability: Registration fees are non-transferable. Once a booking amount is received, it cannot be adjusted against future courses, different batches, or transferred to another individual.
To maintain a professional and safe environment, we enforce the following rules:
No Self-Promotion: Participants are strictly prohibited from promoting or advertising their own businesses, services, products, or external WhatsApp groups during sessions or within community support groups.
Professionalism: Participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated.
Note: Any violation of the Code of Conduct or engagement in prohibited activities will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
If you believe there has been an error in your transaction or have a specific concern regarding your registration, you must contact us immediately.
Timeline: All queries must be raised within 7 days of the transaction or the scheduled session.
