1. Payment

Full Payment at Registration: All payments for the online/offline workshop/session must be made in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include, those supported by Razorpay.
2. Workshop Access

Participant-Only Access: Upon confirmed payment, the registered participant will receive access to the workshop content. This access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Technical Requirements: The participant is responsible for ensuring that their computer and internet connection meet the necessary technical requirements for accessing the workshop.
3. Non-Refundable Policy

No Refunds: Yogatute Health does not offer refunds for its online/offline workshop/session. By registering/payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees that they will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical difficulties, personal conflicts, or changes in schedule.
4. Intellectual Property

Yogatute Health’s Intellectual Property: All content provided in the online/offline workshop/session, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is the sole property of Yogatute Health. The participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Yogatute Health.

Educational Purposes Only: The information provided in the online/offline workshop/session is for educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. Yogatute Health does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided.

6. Assumption of Risk

Physical Limitations and Medical History: Participants acknowledge their physical limitations and medical history and understand that participation in the online/offline workshop/session may, in certain circumstances, result in physical injury.

Self-Awareness and Safety: Participants undertake to be aware of their physical condition and to discontinue any physical activities if they experience any discomfort or symptoms. Yogatute Health shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss arising from the participant’s participation in the online/offline workshop/session.
7. Prohibited Activities

No Promotions or Marketing: Participants expressly agree not to promote or advertise their own businesses or WhatsApp groups during the online/offline workshop/session or on any related support groups. Any such attempts may result in immediate removal from the online/offline workshop/session without refund.
8. In-Person Meetings

Personal Risk: If participants choose to meet individuals they met through the online/offline workshop/session, they do so at their own risk. Yogatute Health shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such meetings or interactions.
9. Non-Transferability

Personal Access: The registration for the online/offline workshop/session is non-transferable. Participants may not sell or transfer their access to any other person or entity.
10. Cancellation

Yogatute Health’s Right to Cancel: Yogatute Health reserves the right to cancel the online/offline workshop/session at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, participants will be entitled to a refund of their registration fee. However, Yogatute Health shall not be liable for any other costs or expenses incurred by the participant.
Non Transferrable nor Adjustable: We are not accepting postponing of the course once we have received the booking deposit. Registration or fee amount is neither transferrable nor adjustable.
11. Code of Conduct

Professional and Respectful Behaviour: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the online/offline workshop/session without refund.
12. Technical Issues

Technical Difficulties: While Yogatute Health strives to provide a seamless online experience, technical issues may occur. Yogatute Health is not responsible for any technical difficulties encountered by participants, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. However, Yogatute Health will make reasonable efforts to address any technical issues promptly.
13. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Damages: Yogatute Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the online/offline workshop/session, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Maximum Liability: Yogatute Health’s total liability for any claim arising from the online/offline workshop/session shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the workshop.
14. Privacy

Privacy Policy: Yogatute Health respects participant privacy and will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law. By registering, participants agree to Yogatute Health’s privacy policy and acknowledge that their personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed as necessary to provide the workshop content and for other legitimate business purposes.
15. Recording Prohibition

No Recordings: Recording the online workshop/session, at participant end, is strictly prohibited. Participants may not make any audio or video recordings of the workshop content without prior written consent from Yogatute Health.

No Content Modifications: Modifying the content in any shape and form is strictly prohibited. Participants may not modify any audio or video recordings of the workshop/session content without prior written consent from Yogatute Health.
16. Indemnification
- Participant’s Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yogatute Health, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with their participation in the online/offline workshop/session or any breach of these terms and conditions.
17. Modifications

Amendment of Terms: Yogatute Health reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically for any changes.
18. Governing Law

Indian Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By registering for the workshop/session, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
